Xavier van den BOSSCHE obtained his Master in Law at the ‘Katholieke Universiteit Leuven’ in 1996.

He obtained also a LLM in “Notariaat” in 1997 (KUB) and an LLM in “Vennootschapsrecht” in 2002 (KUB)

He is a member of the Brussels Bar since 1997.

He is mostly active in Litigation, Contract, and Commercial law.

His native languages are French and Dutch and he speaks fluently English.
