Nicola Kerremans obtained a Master of Law at the Faculty of Law of KU Leuven cum laude. Additionally, he pursued a second LL.M. in International Sports Law at ISDE in Madrid which he obtained magna cum laude.

Since October 2019, Nicola has been active as a lawyer. His practice areas encompass corporate law, insolvency law, construction law and sports law. He assists clients with strategic legal counsel in these matters and he acts as a litigator before Belgian courts and other bodies of alternative dispute resolution.

In addition to his legal practice, Nicola serves as a voluntary academic assistant at the Institute of Labour Law of KU Leuven, guiding students in crafting their master’s thesis on topics within the dynamic field of sports law. Furthermore, Nicola contributes to several legal books (e.g. “Wegwijs in Recht”) and publications.

Nicola is affiliated with the Brussels Bar.
