Emmanuel Plavsic specialises in administrative law and mainly handles urban planning cases. He has been a lawyer at the Antwerp Bar since 4 January 1994.
He gained his experience first during his traineeship 1994-1997 with and then in association with Mr. Herman Van Rooy, later joined by his current associates Mr. Eric Van Rooy and Mr. Filip Goemans with whom he has already worked from 1997 to 2006.
Between 2001 and 2010, as part of his professional practice in urban development, he gave numerous lectures on these subjects and organised seminars on urban development himself, each time in a structural collaboration with the Flemish Institute for Real Estate Training.
From 2006 to 2013, he continued to defend his urban development cases within two other associations, Essenzia Advocaten and Realports Advocaten.
At the end of 2012, he founded the current association, where, on the one hand, he found his former associates, Mr Eric Van Rooy and Mr Filip Goemans, and, on the other hand, gained substantial reinforcement and expertise in administrative law through the arrival of Mr Christiaan Lesaffer from Laurius.
This before having founded the present association in 2013 where, on the one hand, he found back his former associates Van Rooy and Goemans and, on the other hand, substantial reinforcement and expertise in administrative law was overtaken by the arrival of Mr. Lesaffer.
