Admitted to the Bar in 2007, Christel has developed recognized expertise in corporate restructuring, insolvency proceedings and business litigation. She advises company directors, solvent and distressed businesses, investors, insolvency practitioners and commercial partners in the management of complex situations, both at the preventive stage and throughout formal insolvency proceedings.
Her practice covers corporate reorganisations, business turnaround and restructuring, negotiations with creditors, operational restructurings, distressed asset acquisitions, strategic commercial litigation, as well as contractual and commercial lease matters.
She also advises clients on employment law, both in an advisory and litigation capacity, with particular focus on employment issues arising from corporate restructurings, reorganisations and insolvency proceedings.
Christel provides the firm’s clients with a rigorous, practical and business-oriented approach, focused on anticipating risks and delivering solutions tailored to the company’s strategic and economic objectives.
