François graduated in 2017 as Master in Law at the University of Louvain (UCL) with a specialisation in Business law (Law of the Firm) and a focus on both Contracts & Real Estate and Banking & Finance law.

François Lemaître is a member of the Brussels Bar since 2017, working in the fields of Commercial & Corporate law and Real Estate law.

During his career, François gained experience and expertise in a wide range of economic sectors and his practice focuses on the legal aspects of Commercial and Contract Law, Real Estate (construction, tenancy, co-ownership and sale), Dispute Resolution and complex litigation.

Since 2023, François teaches Real Estate law to real estate agents at CEFIM (Center for Real Estate Studies and Training).

He is fluent in French and English with a working knowledge of Dutch.
