Stanislas Lanckriet obtained his Master’s degree of Law (K.U. Leuven) in 1998 and an additional Master’s degree of Corporate law and a Master’s degree of Tax law (both K.U. Leuven) before he was admitted as a lawyer to the Brussels’ Bar in 1999.

Stanislas advises domestic and foreign clients in matters of corporate law, commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and tax law. He assists clients in negotiations and setting-up appropriate acquisition structures for investors. He regularly acts before Belgian courts at different levels.

He is also a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on these topics. Stanislas is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
