Leuven) in 1998 and an additional Master\u2019s degree of Corporate law and a Master\u2019s degree of Tax law (both K.U. Leuven) before he was admitted as a lawyer to the Brussels\u2019 Bar in 1999.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stanislas advises domestic and foreign clients in matters of corporate law, commercial law, mergers &amp; acquisitions, corporate restructuring and tax law. He assists clients in negotiations and setting-up appropriate acquisition structures for investors. He regularly acts before Belgian courts at different levels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is also a regular speaker at seminars and conferences on these topics.
